Keesen Landscape is our contractor for snow removal. Per the Responsibility Matrix the HOA will provide for snow removal once the HOA driveways average 4″ and the storm has subsided. This includes sidewalks up to door, driveways and “streetlets” (extended shared driveways across lots 249-252, 236-238, and 263-266).
