How is Forest Park HOA associated with Castle Pointe HOA?
Castle Pointe is a sub-association of Forest Park HOA. We belong and pay assessments to them, as well as our own, as they provide services to our community. They own our streets and front island and service these for repair and winter shoveling. They provide and maintain a clubhouse and pool for our residents and they are in charge of our community garage/recycle pickup.
