Mission Statement
Snow Committee
Purpose:
The Snow Committee is committed to assume the link between the snow contractor and the homeowner and assist with the communication of snow removal. Using the Responsibility Matrix definition of the HOA responsibility of providing snow removal once the homeowners driveways average 4″ and the storm has subsided.
Authority/Responsibilities:
The Castle Pointe Snow Committee operates under the authority granted in the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Castle Pointe. Article VI called Architectural Review Committee.” The ARC responsibilities are as documented in the above article.

Term:
There is no express term of service length for the members. Each serve at the discretion of the Castle Pointe HOA Board and may choose to leave at any time or may be removed by the board at any time.

Currently, we have 2 members serving.
Committee Structure:
Currently, the committee has a chair and one additional member.
Relationship to Board of Directors:
All members serve at the discretion of the Castle Pointe HOA Board.
Relationship to Management:
No relationship to management.
