Welcome to the Castle Pointe HOA home page. Castle Pointe is a community inclusive of 42 homes within Forest Park. However, we reside separately as a community near the bottom of Forest Park Drive. We are a sub-HOA, under Forest Park HOA, but maintain our own officers, governing documents, services, assessments, budget, architectural review and activities.

We abide by Forest Park’s governing documents, but we can be more stringent in policy. We share certain services such as clubhouse, pool, street snow removal, and trash removal. We pay assessment to Forest Park for services provided.

October 15th – last mowing

October 16th – last date for inside owner water turnoff

October 19th-20th – Keesen Irrigation Blowout

November 18th-19th – FALL Cleanup by Keesen Board

December 12 – Holiday Party at The Ridge
