Bob & his wife Carla were fortunate to find this terrific neighborhood in 2014 after 24 years in Cincinnati, Ohio. Bob & Carla completed high school in Littleton, Colorado and attended CSU. Bob currently works full time in the packaging industry where he has 35 years’ experience.

Bob has been the chair of the Castlepoint Architectual Review Committee for the past 4 years providing quick response to resident requests and keeping the integrity of the neighborhood design in focus. Bob & Carla enjoy cycling & hiking in the summer, skiing & snowshoeing in the winter.

Janice Gonzales has been a board member since 2016 and is also, a member of the Social Committee. Janice and Lorenzo have been residents since Castle Pointe opened in 1998 and within 6 years thereafter, retired from software consulting. Besides her HOA duties, she likes to volunteer her time at her grandchildren’s school. She enjoys cooking, traveling and helping her family where ever she is needed.

​Carla is returning to the board, having previously served from 2016-2019; she also is a member of the Social Committee. She feels that joining the board is an opportunity to help our community continue to be a delightful place to live. She and her husband, Bob, happily moved back to Colorado in 2014 and feel lucky to have landed in such a wonderful neighborhood. Carla is a retired elementary school teacher but still spends many days substitute teaching in the Littleton Public Schools. Her busy schedule easily gets filled with HOA duties, subbing, caring for her 92-year-old parents, visiting kids and grandkids in Dallas and Steamboat (soon to be California), walking, running, cycling, snowshoeing – anything in the beautiful Colorado outdoors!

​Linda has served the Castle Pointe HOA as the Landscape Liaison since April 2020.  She has been a resident of Castle Pointe since 2002, and has enjoyed being part of such a beautiful community.  After retiring from a career in Sales in late 2019, she enjoys serving with the Board to assist our neighbors and friends of Castle Pointe.

Hi! My husband Jack and I have been residents of Castlepoint since 2021. When we found our forever home here, we knew we had found our slice of heaven on earth! I’ve had two careers, first in the restaurant business, second as a Realtor, lucky to have loved them both.
I look forward to getting to know everyone in our community and I hope to lend a hand as a member of the HOA board. Please stop and say ‘hi’ if we haven’t already met, and thank you for welcoming us to this wonderful place we all call home!
